Shipping Charges

Regulatory Compliance

In accordance with applicable drug regulations under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940, certain medicines may require the following before delivery can be completed:

• Age verification (for medicines restricted to adults)

Orders that cannot be verified under these requirements will not be dispatched. Capzul reserves the right to cancel and refund such orders.

Important Delivery Guidelines

• Prescription-required medicines will only be delivered after receiving a valid prescription document.
• An adult (18+) must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.
• ID verification may be requested for sensitive or regulated medicines.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
• Order tracking details will be shared via SMS and email once dispatched.

Delivery Responsibility

Capzul works with licensed pharmacies and certified delivery partners. While we take every measure to ensure timely and safe delivery, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

In the event of a delivery failure due to an incorrect address provided by the user, or non-availability of an adult recipient, re-delivery fees may apply. Capzul's liability for delivery issues is limited to the value of the affected order.

Capzul uses a hybrid logistics model. We operate our own delivery fleet in key areas and collaborate with certified courier partners to ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery. All delivery personnel handling prescription medicines are required to maintain patient data confidentiality.
